Education:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business, technology, or a related field.

  • Affinity with IT, data & analytics solutions.

  • Affinity with analyzing and working with large data and you love to provide data driven suggestions and decisions.

Language:
  • Excellent English language skills, in both written and oral. Preferable also Dutch and or German speaking.

  • Other languages are optional.

Skills:
  • Basic knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, SQL).

  • P&C (Property & Casualty) insurance background in Claims and/or Underwriting.

  • Experience in a scale-up and/or SaaS environment is preferred.

  • Excellent Excel & PowerPoint skills.

Experience:
  • Over 1-2 years of relevant work experience in consulting, or in a professional services role

Responsibilities for a consultant:
  • Be a trusted advisor for the customer

  • Provide ongoing support to clients during projects to ensure that they are satisfied with our services

  • Participate in installation, customization and integration of FRISS solutions

  • Do a quality check on the data delivered by the customer

  • Provide technical expertise in important pre/post-sales meeting and presentations

  • Make sure the documentation for the project is in order

  • Create impacts for projects and customer requests

  • Actively give and ask feedback to/from your colleagues

  • Contribute to improvements to our solution
