  • You are familiar with Dutch employment laws, including Gate Keeper Act (Wet Verbetering Poortwachter) and Work and Care Act (Wet Arbeid en Zorg, WAZO)

  • A minimum of 3 year relevant experience/as all-round HR Advisor/Business Partner

  • Fluent in Dutch and English

Your mission:

You closely work with senior leadership to create policies and programs that align with the organization’s goals and objectives. You strategically enhance FRISS’ people practices, contributing to its overall success. You are the HR sparring partner for managers and employees.

Together with the colleagues in the HR team, you will contribute to the further development, professionalization and implementation of HR policies and processes. Does a dynamic position in an organization on the move appeal to you? Then we have the perfect position for you!

As HR Business Partner, you are a discussion partner for employees, managers and management. You have a feel for the business, identifying opportunities and improvements regarding the HR themes. You will be responsible for:

Manage:
  • Regular check in with Team Managers.

  • Advise, coach, support and train managers in all HR related activities: Performance management, how to give feedback, onboarding, offboarding, sickness of employees etc.

  • Challenge & facilitate them to improve as leaders/managers.

  • Positive employee (& candidate) experience onboarding and offboarding.

  • First contact for employees with HR related questions and issues. Employees let you know what’s on their minds.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor for employees if and when required.

  • HRBP Operations

  • Gather information to improve the HR operations using HR analytics, surveys, etc.

  • Provide input for admin changes (Employment changes, personnel files & systems such as; Sympa, NetSuite, Academy, Pension, Lease, Absence).

  • When needed support (international) Payroll, Compensation & Benefits

  • Update and provide input for all HR essentials in place (policies, templates, etc.)

  • Contribute to the HR yearly processes (such as Performance management, salary raises, promotions etc.).

Projects:

You can choose to add special projects in alignment with the team on topics such as: Reduce turnover, Global onboarding, culture, health, engagement, etc. Remember, your role as an HRBP is pivotal in shaping the organization’s success by aligning HR practices with business objectives.
