FRISS completes acquisition of Krammer

FRISS, European market leader in the field of fraud detection and risk assessment for non-life insurers, has completed the acquisition of Krammer. Krammer focuses on the development and exploitation of software concerning file and case registration for (fraud) investigation. A customer base with over 60 insurers makes Krammer the standard in the Dutch insurance industry. "FRISS' knowledge and expertise of fraud and risk management, combined with the experience and products that Krammer has in fraud investigation, case registration, analysis and information exchange enables us to serve our customers even better", says Jeroen Morrenhof (CEO, FRISS) The products en services of both companies have been merged as of January 1, 2016. The acquisition enhances the detection, investigation and prevention  of high risks and fraud for insurance companies. The Krammer product Facts! contains 15 years of experience in the combat against fraud and is the foundation for knowledge and incident exchange with the fraud bureaus and the Dutch Insurance Association.
