About the Integration
On an annual basis, more than 47 million policies in the Netherlands are processed via CCS’s back office. This means that approximately 40% of all policies in the Netherlands pass through Level. With these numbers, it is of course a huge challenge to identify and combat fraud at the earliest possible stage and to minimize this cost item.
CCS software helps organizations of various sizes, from the local intermediary to national insurers. Unfortunately, fraud occurs on all scales. With FRISS, the solution, regardless of the size of an organization, has proved to provide, a structured way to tackle fraud. Thanks to FRISS, detected fraud cases no longer have to be followed up manually and organizations are no longer fully dependent on the knowledge, experience (and capacity!) of anti-fraud practitioners. This enables our clients to continue to focus on offering a fair insurance premium.
FRISS is linked to the back office via Marketplace, CCS’s integration platform. Marketplace makes it possible to handle claims from a single system and to check for potential fraud. CCS and FRISS provide a generic link, relieving the client of the burdens of technical implementations, hosting and maintenance. The client also benefits from an automated fraud detection system, so guaranteeing their customers a better and faster service.
The collaboration between FRISS and CCS ensures that insurers, service providers, powers of attorney and local intermediaries can safely perform their duties thanks to, among other things:
- Accurate risk assessment thanks to consistent and objective screening;
- Real-time insight into the risks associated with applying for a new policy;
- Thorough examination of the history of involved parties, conducted using FraudPool;
- Data exchange with the Dutch Association of Insurers, Zorgverzekeraars Nederland, and the CIS Foundation to minimize the risk of fraud.
