With our State of the Art SaaS solutions, we already serve customers in 11 countries of the Americas region. We aspire to automate trust in the Insurance industry which is often run on distrust. The mission of the consultant is to make sure that the customer gets a FRISS solution that they can trust. A FRISS score that keeps their portfolios healthy and flags claims that seem dishonest based on statistics or our FRISS Model. The consultant does this by guiding the customer through their operational business value chains and by challenging the customer on their risk appetite.
If you look back after one year at FRISS, what did you achieve?
You have worked on multiple technical and operational customer initiatives and projects ensuring a great customer experience with the products, services and solutions we provide. You have also helped within internal initiatives with innovative ideas to keep our services and solutions up to date. Since you are a great relationship builder you helped our local Sales and Marketing team to demonstrate the high added value of the FRISS product landscape. You have helped our customers by:
Understanding our requirements and analyzing customers´ business data.
Suggesting improvements to their data management to make it ready for our software.
Preparing and giving workshops (both virtual and live), where we can outline focus topics to be converted into our data-driven services.
Being a sparring partner for them to figure out how to include FRISS in their business processes and how our software can be optimized to help them fight fraud and mitigate risks.
Configuring the FRISS software to accommodate the customer’s specific profile and needs during onboarding projects and business review initiatives during the whole customer lifecycle
Training the customer in using our software and acting as a trusted advisor to help them get the most out of FRISS.
Improving processes of our customers by providing consultancy.

Working for and in the Americas region you will be part of our Customer Excellence team. The FRISS Customer Excellence team engages our customers to drive FRISS adoption and demonstrate ongoing value with the products we deliver.
Who are you?
This is what we are looking for:
You are curious by nature
You are proficient in English, Portuguese, and Spanish
You have an affinity with IT solutions
You have an affinity for analyzing and working with large data and you love to provide data-driven suggestions and decisions
You have experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, SQL), or are willing to learn
You are not afraid to ask a lot of questions
You have a P&C (Property & Casualty) insurance background in Claims and/or Underwriting
You are preferably based in Brazil or surrounding countries
