What are you going to do
You will be expanding our business in LatAm, this means attracting new customers within the Insurance industry and creating Up-and Cross sell possibilities with current customers. As a New Business Manager LatAm you will develop and execute our tactical plan to achieve our sales goals and expand our customer network. By building a solid pipeline, predictable sales forecasting, planning and accountability. This will also include finding and acquiring business partners like System Integrators to strengthen FRISS’s leaderships position.
will we expect
You already have experience in a similar role and have strong knowledge of the insurance industry. Preferably you have experience in selling SaaS solutions. You will help us meet our ambitions by customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives for the region North LatAm. In a nutshell, this means :
- Develop and maintain strong customer connections at various levels in our customer’s organisations
- Acquire new business in your regions and leverage our local presence into new business chances You are able to achieve this by building strong relationships based on trust and knowledge

You will collaborate with your (pre)Sales colleagues who are travelling the globe. They will support you and you will bring added value to the team with your customer focus and drive to hit the goals with a smile on your face. Working from another continent means you are always part of the team (HQ based in Utrecht The Netherlands). Who are you
You have a proven track record within sales and you have knowledge of the insurance industry in the LatAm area. With your high drive and energy you are able to explore new possibilities. You can detect the customer needs and you can translate our Software Solutions to their needs (Yes, this can be technical sometimes!) You have a natural approach and like to spread the FRISS story with your strong network- and communications skills. You live in Latin – America in the North region and you like to travel for exploring the new FRISS opportunities.
Most of all
You are the one who is goal orientated and has the drive to make an impact on growing the business in the LatAm area! This means you know the insurance market and you like to create new inroads to worldwide FRISS success!
